The Rideout Comms system goes like this:-

1) On the Thursday, prior to the Sunday rideout, Deb will send ALL members a Text Message, stating meeting place, time & a brief description to where the rideout is to.

2) Each member is then asked to confirm rideout attendance.

3) If you can’t make it for whatever reason then text back - saying you cannot make it.

4) All those who text back saying they can make it, Names will be noted.

5) The general rule is that the rideout will be on, but during extremely bad weather a text will be sent out on the Sunday morning ASAP, confirming if the rideout has been postponed / cancelled. (Hence we need names to re-contact you !!).

6) For those who change their minds, ie decide not to come out OR decide to come out AD-HOC for a ride - ring Deb (07778 441407) or me (07775 676796) & find out if the rideout is still on. (95% of time it will be!! - but check anyway...)

7) We all meet up & have a great day out….easy hey????

Note ...... Generally, where possible, the rideout will start & end at the same place, for those members who are unfamiliar with places, directions etc, so don't worry ....you won’t get lost !! Come & try it….you know you want to!!! Looking forward to seeing you there.... Rob
